I saw this stationary Noble on the M25 yesterday. Not so much the car as the number plate that amused me - 'The Stig' from Top Gear. (For those of you not familiar with the M25: it is an orbital motorway around London, often called the biggest carpark in Europe due to roadworks, congestion, did I mention roadworks?)
